I love Whedon!

 I know its wrong, i know i'm man crushing on the ginger director-writer. Since i was only young Joss Whedon has been making my life better with what has been some quality programming. Now i know people have one or two bad things to say about Buffy the vampire slayer, and i know the last season of Angel (also slaying some vampires) was a bit rubbish, but hey i liked em both, and the comic book totally saved the angel series. I also liked Doll house which was the only TV show Joss has ever done that finished properly.
But you cant deny that Firefly was possibly the best show that never was, cut down in it's prime, never treated well... much like a puppy at christmas it was loved for a day then discarded and left at the shelter to be put down. But a new owner give it new life in serenity, the featuer lenght film bring back Fillion, Baldwin, Tudyk and the rest of the amiazing cast. The film was amazing at put me onto the tv show, which i am thankful for. But this is still not enough, fans of the show have been calling for a reboot for years, and now is the time.

Joss has just made my day again with a stunning live action avengers (avengers assembeled... why the extra word, i dont know... but thats for another rant) the only problem with this was ofcourse that there wasnt a Scarlett Johansen lesbian scene... i joke, but seriously that would have been awesome, no the real let down (not a real let down) was the elongated hawkeye attack on the ship (could have been about a quarter of the time, leavnig more time for Scarletts amazing body, or Downey jr. making us laugh some more. Oh and seriously what hapopened to Eric Norton, whole reason of doing the single hero films was to bring all the stars back for the avengers. Idiots!
This film has left Joss in a unique situation, he has, i believe, turned down an avengers 2 contract and has been left with an opening to do what ever he wants. This plus the cast of firefly/serenity all saying they want to come back together again, and the baldwin invasion on castle (fillions latest work) where he was just Jane from firefly but as a cop; means we could and should be in store for another firefly film... plus hopefully a season 2coming afterwards and being treated like it should be, a diamond in a schedule of shit TV shows and let down TV movies.
